Seven out of ten HR execs say they use promotional products to recognize and reward employees. This corresponds closely to the 67 percent of respondents who indicate they believe promotional products are either Somewhat Effective or Very Effective in achieving their motivational objectives. Among the many ways to reward employees for performance, the top-ranked in order are entertainment/dinner prizes, cash prizes and promotional products, including trophies, plaques, merchandise and gift cards.
